Beschreibung des Ausflugs

The water has been cold and the wind has been heavy. Fish are still being caught in various places but nothing consistent. Winds are going to slow down next week and rising air temperatures should help increase water temperature, and hence, the fishing should be better as well.

Speckled Sea Trout Are Ravenous

In the past several weeks, with the exception a few poor days, the trout bite has been excellent. During this time, there have been days that limits (4 per person) have been caught. Some trout have been close to citation (5 lbs) and over 20 inches. Because of the number of trout and some decent weather conditions novice fishers have been able to learn the techniques to catch these fish and it has been a blast watching my clients learn and succeed at my favorite pastime!
