The trout bike continues to be very good along with the weather. They are pretty much everywhere now! Book a trip and catch you some dinner!

The Speckled Trout bite has been outstanding back in the nothern sound waters. We have had some just exceptional days of trout fishing catching these head shakers. Now with these more mild wind and weather days we are catching great trout in great numbers. A couple brothers and I caught our limit that included two citations. The fishing is just going to continue to get better! Book a trip now!

The Groundhog was right. Spring is early. The water is warming and the Trout have begun to move. They are showing up in many of the usual areas and some new places too!

Its December and Im still finding Speckled Trout! Just a beautiful day today and surprisingly great fiahing too!

In the past several weeks, with the exception a few poor days, the trout bite has been excellent. During this time, there have been days that limits (4 per person) have been caught. Some trout have been close to citation (5 lbs) and over 20 inches. Because of the number of trout and some decent weather conditions novice fishers have been able to learn the techniques to catch these fish and it has been a blast watching my clients learn and succeed at my favorite pastime!

It looked to be a great morning with some lighter winds from the SE but they picked up and kept us a little cool. Most of my crew were new to fishing making them great students. These four young girls listened and followed my directions very well. They were casting and jigging like local retirees by the end of our trip! Unfortunately, fish did not cooperate. The water temps were still cold and the fish did not bite like we would have liked. However, the youngest person on the trip did not stop casting the entire time we were fishing and it paid off! A beautiful 17 inch Flounder! Congratulations!
