After sudden night frost we knew that the pike might be weary. We found the key to success soon enough: fish the softbait close to the bottom and keep the pace slower than slow. Well, that worked out well with some good fish for both guests.

The two monsters that we lost today still hurt, but we also have great memories of over 10 pike that were willing to stay on the hook. Fishing for pike near Amsterdam almost at its best ;-)
