Black Sea Bass---fun to catch, delicious to eat--have continued to be a real bread and butter species for us. We are starting to see some good-sized fish in 50 feet of water. Jigs and bait have both been effective.

It's still early spring in New England. The weather is cold and often rainy. I've been hard at work on my boat, getting it ready for the coming season. The boat will have brand-new fuel tanks and a new autopilot system. I'm looking forward to the season, catch a few fish, have some some laughs.
