Panama City Beach Offshore Fishing aboard the Legendary New Beginning! Deep Sea Fishing at its finest. Opening day of Amberjack season was a success. We had tons of action and ended up with a great haul of fish. The 3 bonus Mahi were a blessing, and the first ones we have caught this fishing season. The Gag Grouper seem to be everywhere you drop a big bait. I sure hope they continue to grow and populate. I know these guys will be extra sore today on the plane ride back home ?

Take a kid fishing! This is what it's all about. Teaching the youngin's the outdoors and fishing. Little man here has been fishing with me twice now, and he is growing up fast. His first charter boat experience was trolling for spanish mackeral. We did fairly good that day. His second go around, we went offshore bottom fishing. Let me tell you, he is HOOKED! He said "this is the most funnest thing he has ever done". We had great action, catching amberjacks, groupers, snappers, and triggerfish. Dont miss an opportunity to go fishing, you could be HOOKED next.

The sun will rise every morning. Some mornings she's bright and fast, and others she's covered by clouds being unseen. This morning was one for books. The clouds, patchy sky, and bright sun made for an incredible abstract sunrise aboard the New Beginning. Waking up before the sun to watch this special show is always a fishermans treat.

Double C Charters

March was a comfortable time to go fishing, but you can't keep the red snapper or grouper until summer. We had to throw back at least a dozen or more red snapper. If you catch your limit of vermillion snapper within 4 hours, spend the last hour or two going after amberjack and grouper. These big fish are a fun fight.

We had an absolute blast!! For 3 of us, it was the first time deep sea fishing and it was amazing!! Justin Redmon is top notch and excellent at what he does!! Took us out and we caught our limit of red snapper with 20-25 minutes. He then put us on some mahi-mahi. Caught 11 of them!! This guy knows his stuff!! If I could give him 100 stars I would. Book early if coming for snapper season. first timers should probably start with a 6 hour bottom fishing trip or 4 hour trolling just to check sea legs. If comfortable then go for the longer trips in deeper water.
