This trip was AMAZING!
Having two kids under 10, coming from out of the state-from the minute we booked-
Captain Taylor was wonderful with communication, planning, meeting and exceeding our expectations!
He was very thorough and treated our kids great! He made the entire trip very enjoyable!
More importantly - we caught fish!!!
We also snagged two amazing rare catches-
A hammerhead shark and a sail fish!
To say we have made life long memories is an understatement!!!
we fully plan to return and to head back out with Captain Taylor for another amazing adventure!

We had so much fun on the boat, the Captain was very resourceful and helpful!  We got a “big one” on the line, Captain thought it might be a hammerhead shark about 12-14 feet long, WOW!!!  We tried and tried to get him to the surface but he outsmarted us and snapped the line after about 90 minutes and four of us reeling.  Even though we didn’t technically catch anything we sure had fun trying!  We’ll get him next time!  We highly recommend Wicked Cuda and will fish with them again.

Thank you Captain Taylor for an amazing day of fishing on 2/16. Captain had us on the fish all day. We started the morning with live bait and a big sail fish was on right away. Was incredible to watch it leap out of the ocean in front of the rising sun! Captain was engaged and a great coach. The reason I booked a charter with Captain Taylor was because other reviews described him as relaxed and that was exactly my experience. It was my first time fishing in Florida and Captain Taylor was cool, calm and collected all day. We ended up catching mackerel, Bonita, porgies, and red snapper. Captain was kind enough to drop us off at a restaurant that would cook our fish for lunch. Would highly recommend Captain Taylor if you’re looking to fish in Fort Lauderdale. I’ll be back!

I’ve caught Cobia before, but never one that weighed 35 pounds, but Taylor made it happen. Sucker took me 15 minutes to land, but Taylor walked me through it all the way. I think he may have been more excited than I was!
This wasn’t all we caught. We landed a gorgeous African Pompano, a Mutton Snapper that’s going to make a good sammich, plus a Bonita that I hope Taylor can catch something here in the next few days. Only regret, we missed one that literally bent the rod in two, almost immediately breaking the line. I believe it would have made my Cobia look like a perch. lol
Been on a number of fishing charters, and Taylor hustles as much, of not more, as any captain I’ve ever been with. I’d go on another charter with him in a HEARTBEAT.

This was definitely a trip I would say couldn’t get any better you can always wish to catch more fish but what I asked of Capt. Taylor about swordfishing was well received and delivered on. I not only asked to be put on a sword but also challenged myself and the crew by asking to do it old-school with no power assist ( I Ate my words about this very early in) Not only did they modify their gear to accommodate this request they had to adapt to the learning curve because of the different gear and techniques used. Even with all this against them they managed to get me a chance on my #1 bucket list fish and we ended up landing one large enough to harvest. I had a great time with the crew and they were great all the way around I would highly recommend them
