As a youngster, he regularly traveled from St. Louis to Pensacola with his dad to fish in these waters. This passion for angling is the driving force behind his exciting, fun-filled Floridian trips!
Capt. James and his crew pride themselves on catering their adventures to perfectly meet their customers’ wishes. If you’re a brand-new angler, you’ll receive plenty of advice and guidance. More experienced fisherman? Hook your own bait and test out your favorite techniques to hook your trophy Bull Redfish and other Floridian favorites. Capt. James has a lot of returning guests, and he believes that people come back to A Latte Fun Fishing because they know they’ll create memories that last a lifetime!
You’ll have the chance to explore the inshore waters of Pensacola Bay, as well as travel up to 9 miles out from the shoreline. You’ll need a special vessel for your journey, and a 26’ Glacier Bay Catamaran is the perfect option. She can accommodate up to 6 guests, of all ages, welcome aboard, especially little ones. Capt. James will take extra steps to make sure you feel comfortable and at home on his boat, and you’ll find top-notch navigational and safety gear on board.
Your captain will take you to some seriously impressive fishing grounds – altogether, he knows of over 250 fishing hotspots in this area! You’ll be using a mix of light and heavy tackle, and switching up your techniques. Get ready to hook huge Bull Redfish, Red and Mangrove Snapper, Grouper species, Cobia, and more. It’s a real who’s-who of world-famous Floridian species!
