We booked a 1/2 day deep sea fishing trip with Captain Jayme and we had a really great time. It was the wife and I and our 3 kiddos onboard. We initially opted to head out to the deep water and try to catch some mahi mahi. The kids weren’t doing great with the boat ride and heat and Jayme picked up on it and took us to the reef for some really fast paced fishing. The first mate hooked into a good sized barracuda and my boys got to reel it in! At the end of the trip Jayme offered to fillet 2 mahi mahi from the earlier trip that day. It was very generous and he suggested a restaurant to take it to for dinner and it was amazing!! Highly recommend!

Had a great 1/2 day reef trip. The weather kicked up the seas a little and Capt. Jayme suggested we stay a little shallow.. Chum bags were placed out and soon the fish were right behind the boat.. Adam 5 Ariel 8 absolutely loved it. They would trade out after they each caught three.  This went on for quite awhile. Our mate gladly took off the kids catch and rebaited their lines.. At the dock Capt. Jayme cleaned our catch and suggested where to have it cooked. Said to try some of the fish Key Largo style.. We did and it was excellent..Would highly recommend Sea Time Fishing charters….....

We had a great time on a 6 hour offshore trip. We were hoping to catch some mahi and that we did…thanks to Capt Jayme and first mate, Ryan! They certainly made sure we got what we set out for!! Not only was the trip enjoyable, but we felt like
We had known Ryan forever…cannot say enough about him! We loved the logo and asked if could buy shirts…Capt Jayme tried to bring them to where we were staying and was so accommodating. We will definitely use this team again!

We recently did a 3/4 day with Capt. Jayme and Bobby. Had a great time out on the water. Started with catching some baitfish then headed out further. Ended up with several black fin tuna, skipjacks and some yellowtail snapper.  Overall great experience. Very friendly and experienced crew. They’ll tailor your trip to whatever you’re looking for.  Highly recommend.

Awesome experience, the first time I’ve been out where the Captain and mate took the time to tell what actually we we’re doing and allowed us to help.  The question was “What kind of experience do you want?”  Our answer was we wanted to be part of the crew and do everything.  That’s exactly what we got!!! We were booked for just a half day but ended up with a 3/4 day and had a great time from dock to dock.  We will definitely be back!!!
