We originally booked a full day with Captain Tony, but ended up coming in early due to the excessive heat the day we went out.  Tony was in agreement with us, so the decision was mutual and NOT due to anything fishing related. 
Tony and his co-captain Travis were ready and waiting when we arrived. We had not seen the boat before and were highly impressed with how clean and nice the boat is. It is the ONLY boat I’ve ever been on that has a clean, well lighted, roomy, odor free head, and the rest of the boat was spotless, well appointed and well cared for. We fished the reef about five miles out and brought back the best catch of the morning. 22 and 1/2 very nice size Yellow Tail Snappers. Nobody else at the marina or on the radio that morning caught anywhere that many fish. Tony and Travis were very experienced, very professional and very personable and they put us right on the fish for nonstop action all morning. We highly recommend Singing Reels Fishing. Great boat, Great crew and great fishing!

Booked a 3/4 day trip with 4 ladies three of which are teenagers, and myself. I knew they would need to be comfortable. The boat exceeded our expectations, very clean, roomy,  and the A/C worked great. As for the fishing, it was a stellar day! Ended up with several yellowtail and a mutton snapper bonus! Both the captain and the first mate worked hard throughout the entire trip and did not disappoint. It would be an understatement to say that we are excited about a repeat trip. And hopefully it will be much sooner than later!

We had a great time with Captain Tony and Travis! They were really fun to hang out with and we learned a lot about different techniques and the area in general during our 6-hour trip. This was especially important as some of the people in our party haven’t fished before.
They did their best to put us on fish and it resulted in multiple Yellowtails and the biggest Barracuda the crew has seen (safely released back).
The boat is spacious, clean and the cabin is air-conditioned so it is very comfortable even during the warmest part of the day :)

My sincereThanks and gratitude to both you and First Mate Travis for 2 days of excellent and Epic Fishing for a landmark Birthday trip!  The sheer volume of yellowtail caught (our limit) on Sunday May 8th and the awesomeness of hooking 13 sharks 2 barracudas and catching a Tarpon (life long dream to hook one) was truly amazing !
We also appreciated the advice of having the fresh caught mutton snapper and yellowtail cooked up lazy day way before we left Islamorada !  Cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and honesty as well as great instruction to bringing home 9,5 lbs of fish!
Cannot wait to have another amazing meal and look forward to coming down again for a future charter and experience.
Hopefully we can get a sailfish / billfish and some mahi-mahi next time I come down !

Awesome small trip to get my younger daughters familiar with pulling in larger fish than they are used to.  Captain Tony and first mate Travis were both excellent from both an expertise and “customer service” aspect.  They were also just a couple of great guys to hang out with and laugh.  I’ve done a handful of private charters and never had a Captain that was so personable and generally fun to hang out with. 

We pulled in 17 sharks in a few hours and add to that the few tarpon and sharks that got away from us…we were basically in action the whole time.

Highly recommend Singing Reel for a great experience.
