We really enjoyed fishing with Blake. He was very informative and knew where to go and how to lead us straight to the fish. Blake was fast to reload the bait on the line and was accurate on getting us to the the fish if they weren’t on the bottom. He helped from the moment of baiting the line to getting the fish in the boat.

He had patience with my 10yr old daughter and showed compassion towards my 16yr old daughter when he learned of her medical condition. He was a great guy to hang out with and everyone really enjoy the fishing atmosphere. The pictures show the ones we brought back but also some of the ones that we released.

Before the trip, we talked about the species we wanted to get vs what was possible in 6hrs.
Captain was knowledgeable and we went to different places looking for big fish. He helped everyone with baits, how to use the gear, etc. Cap engaged in conversation with one of my teenage sons and encouraged him until he got his first fish (he ended up with the biggest catch), and even took the time to go over all the controls on how to drive the boat. He definitely made his day! Captain even gave us tips on how to cook the fish, and it was delicious!
Definitely looking forward to another trip with captain Blake!

Great experience and a great time.  Captain Blake was extremely knowledgeable and helped everyone no matter their experience level; novice to some experience. He spent time explaining the ocean and even taught us some ways to rig our lines and prepare bait. He put us right on the fish after an awesome fast boat ride out to the fishing spot.  There’s no doubt in my mind I/we we see him again.  The charter was as advertised and more.  It was one of the best experiences I have had while visiting Florida and I spend a lot of time in Ohio fishing Lake Erie.  Thanks Nothing Matters Charters and Captain Blake, it was great!

Captain Blake was incredible. I was skeptical taking my 9 year old son on his first off shore adventure.  He assured me that it would be fine and made it as comftorable and enjoyable as he possibly could. My son not only loved it he also had a blast with captain Blake. We caught tons of fish and the boat and captain were both amazing. If we ever come back to Destin we are going deeper and further for tuna. I highly recommend captain Blake and can’t wait to come back.

My husband and I brought our 13 and 11 year old boys for their first deep sea fishing trip as a birthday gift. It was the best experience ever! We caught about 40 keepers of different varieties.
