Water was a little chilly and bite was slow so Capt Jim changed up our technique and both of us picked up a few. Was a good day👍🏻

Definitely the highlight of the vacation!  Captain Jim knew right where to take us to ensure an active fishing experience.  He was willing to teach the “beginners” and able to recommend to the “experienced” fisherman.  Captain Jim was amazing with the 10 year old on board and even placed him in the perfect spot to land a once in a lifetime fish.  Not a single doubt that we will be returning and booking another trip with Captain Jim!

I have wanted to fish South Florida for years.  Fishing Texas all my life, I wanted to catch a shallow water Tarpon and a large snook.  While I’ll have to wait on the Tarpon, the captain did put me on a large snook and Goliath grouper, all on light tackle.  A few snapper mixed in, it was an awesome trip.  I will be back.  Captain Jim knows the backwaters and is a great guide.

Wonderful experience in every way. Captain Jim took the extra time to make the trip memorable. Made sure we were secure and comfortable, gave us careful instruction, while at the same time being friendly and supportive. Overall grade: A++

We had a great day even with muddy waters. Captain Jim put us on the fish all day and my nephew caught his first snook at 31”. Thanks for a good day of fishing, we will definitely be coming back.
