What a great little trip, caught roughly 30 fish. Biggest was 34lbs.

David was easily one of the best guides I have ever booked. He was super personable and more importantly we caught a ton of fish. I would 10/10 recommend. I cant wait to rebook.

We booked a morning trip, captain was late to the launch. Should have been the first sign. When we got to the first spot, he basically gave us rods and a little container of dead shrimp, and said good luck. He then said that he was going to “fish over here” to help us get our limit. That should have been the second sign. Now he is nice enough, and does seem to know how to fish, but I did not pay to watch him pull in the fish. At the very least you would think he would hook a fish, and had the rod over to his clients to to reel in. Didn’t happen. He mentioned how the water was very brackish due to all of the rain they had recently had there and that was cause for the slow bite, which made sense, other than he did not seem to have a problem getting bites. We did come in with 8 keepers, however 7 of them he caught. Very disappointing trip. Guess there is a reason he is the least expensive guide on the bay.
