I have been charter fishing for over thirty years and have to say deckhand Tyler was the best I’ve ever seen. Despite a relatively off day for fishing, it certainly wasn’t a lack of effort by Tyler, Tre and Captain Moxi. With five people, three completely inexperienced. on an 8 hour charter and the fish not biting, this is a recipe for total frustration, but Tyler and Tre kept maximum effort keeping all engaged, laughing and enjoying the day. I spent the most time just listening to Tyler and learning the local fishing habits and lifestyle there. He was a fascinating young man and I hope the owners of the Yellowtail realize the asset have in him. Thank you Tyler, Captain Moxi and Tre for a wonderful day.

My son (9) and I, my cousin and his son (12), our friend and his son (13), and another friend (17) are from SC and I am the only one that really goes offshore regularly because SC is WAYYY offshore.  That being said, The Captain and Tyler were AWESOME!!!  I got to watch my son reel in 7 Yellowtails and every single person on the boat caught fish all afternoon and we all agreed it was probably the most fun father-son experience during our entire trip to Atlantis…possibly ever!  Can’t say enough about the Captain and Tyler as they added to the fun.  Many Thanks for the memories.

This was our first time in the Bahamas for my son and I. We scheduled a half-day trip with Yellowtail charters. Unfortunately, our trip started out in a heavy rain storm but the crew made the best of the situation and had us fishing as soon as we left the dock. The crew made the trip a positive experience so much so that I scheduled another half-day trip a few days later. I recommend Yellowtail for any and all looking for fishing charters in Nassau.

Excellent experience out on the water with captain Moxy and Taylor.  Yacht is in good condition after being upgraded in 2011 (coming from a yacht owner).  Unfortunately the big fish weren’t biting out in the deeper waters but that’s how it goes sometimes.  Nice variety of species reef fishing (strawberry groupers, grunts, sheep head, snapper, turbot)..also caught 3 sharks (one was 3 m!) on the live bait giving us a great fight / experience.

Really nice hospitality from both Captain Moxy and Taylor who were both very friendly with a lot of positive energy.  Did their jobs to the letter, all we had to do was reel in the fish!

Also took us reef snorkelling on the way back..was a wonderful experience overall!

Definitely will be coming back to yellow tail charters on our next trip to the Bahamas, thanks again guys!

Great day, caught 6 snappers, a barracuda, 40 lb mangrove snapper and a couple other species that we released. Got to sit in the fighting chair for the snapper which was awesome. Great crew, helpful and when trip was over cleaned all of our fish. I would definitely book again. On a side note great playlist for music
