The fishing in Galveston Bay has been phenomenal when the weather allows us to fish. The has been so up and down but the Speckled Trout are hungry and ambushing anything you put in front of them The number when bait has still been live shrimp under STX Ultimate corks. The corks when worked properly are loud and deadly. The Specks have started to pick up croakers also and we are still catching a few on Tidal Surge split tails. This week we caught a 28 inc 7 lb trout that was a beauty. I also fished a corporate tournament and came in 2nd. It was a great week of fishing to say the least and it still going to get better as we go into June and July. Fish are still being caught on shorelines and on deep reefs.
