Lake Grapevine 9/6 & 9/7 mornings Captain JC had father and son trips two mornings of the Labor Day weekend and the results were big smiles and fresh filets! Right now it seems as if there are a lot of small fish in the lake. That is a result if great spawning conditions the last several years. When the bigger fish are under the boat though they are awesome 12 to 16 inch magnum White Bass! The RSR Lures jigging spooms never fail to catch fish and with all the recent rain and murky water the white shad slab is working very well. Water temperature has dropped into the low 80's and risen several feet but all boat ramps are still open. We now have 3 captains and should soon have 3 boats available for your family and larger parties. Thank you to everyone that has helped with our success for 18 years now!
