Overall Detroit river is slow still but we ares still early! Anglers will find isolated pockets of active fish here and there. 2nd week of April on is still looking like go time. As of Saturday 21 March 2020 upper river temperatures were 40 to 41 depending where you were. Both Lakes are still producing fish

Lake Erie is producing lots of quality fish trolling various baits. Our great producers have been Bandits and Salmo lures. Locations and depths have been varying as weather conditions change and as the fish move towards the river to stage up for spawning. Finding fish with your graph then working over active pods is the strategy to use this time of year.
