First day with the gang from Norway. The morning started as usual with catching baits. We had 7 or 8 short strikes or misses in the morning, we did get 1 rock or barred snapper to the boat though. They have been very careful early and have had gotten hungry in the afternoon. We then went looking for some mahis and found a nice trash line. We went 4 for 8 and all were released. We then went back to the baits and the action started picking up. At the end of the they we had landed 12 jacks and one dogtooth snapper and missed a couple more mystery fish. Great times for all.
