We had some great guests join us this week from Houston Texas. Ed, Terry, Emily, Jordan & Erin joined us aboard GOOD DAY fishing in Quepos Costa Rica to celebrate Emily’s graduation. The guys joined us for 2 days, the first day we focussed on Billfish & on the second day we worked the current lines 8-10 miles Offshore and had some great Dorado action. Day 1 - We tagged & released 2 Sailfish for grayfishtagresearch and Ed was delighted to catch a 50lb Cow (female) Dorado! We missed 3 other Sailfish and fished an area simply loaded with bait, lots of diving birds, Dolphins and baitfish all around us. We could not keep the big Bonitos away from our baits and caught one after the other. Great day and awesome to see Emily & Jordan catch their first Sailfish! Day 2 - We worked the current lines and colour changes around 8-10 miles Offshore catching 11 Dorado to 25lb & missed a Sailfish. We finished the day with a boat cruise along the stunning coastline and a swim in a secluded Bay. Another perfect couple of days Fishing in Costa Rica!
