This was a tough week October 29-30 brought us the first nor’easter of the season. The watershed received 3”to 6” of rain,we experienced a very significant raise and very muddy conditions. I got back on the river on the 4th and 5th the bite started to improve but not what it was. My charter on the 6th produced some nice fish but numbers were down, that is kind of normal for this time period and water temperatures. As of the 6th water was in the mid 40’s and visibility was about 6”. I’m sure the season isn’t over yet as the cold water bite hasn’t started yet. Stay tuned for next week report.
