What would you recommend to anglers fishing in Dubrovnik for the first time?

Best time for fishing is November and Dezember. The Temperature is still nice but not to hot. You can fish from the coadt, but best results are with a boat. Restaurants are nice but often not the fresh fish from the ocean( catch it by yourself). You need a fishing licenc ( buy it online or drive to FINA in Dubrovnik). If you dont know where FINA is, ask everyone. When its hot, fish very deep. Against sickness on the boat, eat enough and take a hat snd sunglasses with you.

Do not expect too much. It is an amazing place to see swim snorkel and then there is a chance of a fish. We saw lots of fish busting the surface so they are there but not easy to catch.

Ive learned that the season starts in September. There is not much fish to cstch before that.
