What would you recommend to anglers fishing in Brigantine, New Jersey for the first time?

I looked up Brigantine fishing charter online. Did research on the boats and captains experience. I was very happy with my choice. Captain Leo from Get hooked fishing charter was very professional. What a safe and great trip.

Bring sunscreen and bug spray. Take something before you board the boat if you are prone to getting sick. The motion of the boat out in the ocean can get you. Also, drink lots of water if it’s hot and bring a cooler with drinks and food. Have fun!

It's an easy spot - just do all the same stuff you'd do anywhere else - sunscreen, insect repellant, hat, water, etc.

Amazing action in the bay and in the ocean. Just a great place to go without needing to drive or fly all the way to Florida.

Spend the additional money to go on a smaller charter so you get more personalized attention from the captain it's definitely worth the money.
