What would you recommend to anglers fishing in Deale, Maryland for the first time?

Despite it being late in the season, Captain Billy worked hard to make sure that the guys all caught their limit. The first mate took great care of them, and all had a wonderful day on the Bay. Worth every $. Do not hesitate to book!

It’s hot so bring lots of water and be patient. Our first stop we only had 2 but once we moved we literally couldn’t keep up on the lines and we’re just pulling them into the boat

Every fishing trip is a fishing trip make sure you are going to have fun weather you catch fish or not before you go and you can’t go wrong catching fish will be a bonus.

I think other than the weather fishing would’ve been a little better, plus going in trophy rock season probably wouldn’t do that again but we did catch some decent size cat fish.

Use Lucky Strike Charters if you want more than just a fishing experience. They are impressive, affordable and kid friendly.

You bet I'd recommend Deale fishing. Of course, we happened to have great weather just after the super hot heat wave in July 2019. Definite return trips in the future.

Good facilities. Fish cleaning station right on the pier. We had dinner at the Happy Harbor restaurant that is next to the pier.

Sunscreen, hat,take watet/drinks &some snacks. If doing a full day trip you may want more than just snacks Leave any worries at home! Mike S

Actually the trip went out of Edgewater, owing to the Captain's foresight in moving to the area where Rock fish were present, Awsome trip, and we maxed out on the limit.

too much fresh water from rains up north which push the cat fish south. we did catch some nice cats and i would recommend deale md for fishing .

It wasn't in Deale, but in Annapolis. But it was the perfect spot; lots of fish biting early.

Yes, those Spanish Mackerels fish are some good fish to eat. The best I ever ate.
