My wife and I had a great day on the water with Captain Teddy.  As a Fisherman and boater, I know the real deal when I see it and Captain Teddy and his beautiful SeaVee are it.  The Reel Deal is a clean, well maintained fishing machine with top notch electronics and gear.  We had a nice day trolling and to top it off we caught a couple delicious Mahi.  Thanks Captain

I want to make sure everyone understands that it was not a bad day. I am simply trying to give feedback to help the captain get better. The boat was very clean and well maintained. The equipment the same. We had a very hard time catching anything however. For some reason the fish were not biting. It was an enjoyable day on the water. I would have liked it much more if the captain would be a bit more interactive. What I mean is he would answer questions when asked. But if we are having a bad day fishing talk to the customer.  Rather fill the quiet dead time with facts about the island/country. The captain claimed to be a 4th generation captain. He must have many facts and trivia about the island that he could very easily talk about and make people feel like the trip was a huge success even though they don’t catch anything.  Please use this boat and captain he knows what he is doing. Just make sure you are ready to ask a lot of questions if the fish are not biting.

Teddy is the Real Deal. We had a great day of non-stop Wahoo action. Teddy had us zeroed in with a double hookup about 10 minutes in and a triple within the first hour. His boat, bait and tackle are of the highest quality. The guy is an expert and takes great pride in delivering a great experience. We caught 7 Wahoo and 3 barracuda and released several shorts of each back. Had a bit of the catch for lunch at the restaurant Poop Deck right at the marina.

Seems with the wind this time of year it can be more challenging to find the fish. This is my second trip with Capt Teddy and his mate. They are good guys and I always felt comfortable and had fun. Despite rough conditions they managed to put me and a few nice prize fish, Mahi. And when things slowed down we trolled the reef and caught a handful of reef fish and managed to end the day with a beautiful large Mutton Snapper. Thanks guys.

I cannot express how amazing this trip was! It started off slow, we were trolling for almost 2 hours before we got the bite of a lifetime. Turns out it was a 450 plus blue marlin on the line. It took everything but thanks to Captain Teddy we brought that big beauty up to the boat after an hour and a half fight. Thank God we only booked a half day because my arms couldn’t take much more lol.  Thank you Teddy for your hospitality, for grabbing us drinks as requested so we didn’t have to run to the store. We appreciate everything! We even just had to grab 2 shirts after the trip to remember this amazing catch! We will surely be back!
