Mike and I headed out for some Redfish this morning on a half day charter before the afternoon storms. The livewell was loaded with pinfish and whitebait. We stopped at some mangrove islands where I have been catching lots of Reds. I cast the first bait for Mike and fish on! Caught many Reds. Than we changed gears and tried for some mangrove snappers. Got a few, than headed in just before the storms.

My son, nephew, and I had an excellent time on Captain Ted’s charter. He knows his way around the area waterways. Our day was in the midst of a heat wave with no rain - water temps were touching 90 degrees. Captain Ted still put us on fish in every location we stopped. We caught snapper, snook, red, jack, trout, and flounder on our trip - many keepers as well. We learned a lot about the fishing structure and proper presentation from Captain Ted. My son and I had a blast with Captain Ted! It was hot and the water was hot and made for a tough day of fishing, but Captain Ted did everything to make sure we caught fish and have a good time. He made sure my son caught fish and that meant a lot. It was a great day of making memories! I would definitely recommend Captain Ted!
