My husband, sister, two kids (5 and 7) and I had a great time on the water with Kyle! We put out crab pots and caught a bunch—my kids have been telling anyone who will listen that “We caught 14 crabs!!” And the adults had so much fun cooking and eating them later that day. Thank you Kyle for an unforgettable experience.

We had a great trip with Captain Kyle. My sons and I wanted to get expert insight on how to fish for Steelhead and we left feeling like we got exactly that. We caught a couple of fish, and while we didn’t get any keepers, Kyle was very clear going in that the prospects were hit or miss given the season, and he offered us other options (crabbing) so our expectations were clearly set. Caught a nice big coho and had a great time!

Bottom line, Kyle is laid back but smart, from my perspective he’s a refreshing mix of young yet experienced, kind vibe and successful angler. I’m not a big review leaver type but he deserves it.  All fishing can be a crap shoot, and yeah we hit a good moment for the fish run, plus I limited out in an hour so I may be biased, that being said, I’m really glad I went out with Kyle cause it was the right type of ambition fishing and patient experience and chill vibe that I needed.  I had... Kyle rebooked our trip after we were double booked for a late fall trip and found us an abundance of fish. My wife had never salmon fished before and caught a coho and a nice chinook. Kyle was patient and worked to put us on fish. Couldn’t have had a better first experience for my wife.

Captain Kyle is pretty amazing! This was our first fishing trip as a family. He let me take our 3 year old on the trip. Not only that, but we seemed to be one of the few boats catching fish that day. I highly recommend Kyle, if you are looking for great entertainment and a great fishing experience!!
