We celebrated my son’s birthday on Sure Shot. Captain Mike and Kim were great. Captain Mike was very social and took our party to great spots, where we caught our limit by the end of the day. Kim was awesome as well, as she was a bundle of walking knowledge of the area, fishing, and instruction. The crew took care of everything from the beginning to the end. We can’t wait to book another trip with Captain Mike and Kim. We highly recommend Sure Shot as your next charter.

This was our second trip with Sure shot and Captain Mike. He greeted us at the entrance of the Marina and ensured us we were gonna have a great time. He didn’t disappoint. We had an incredible time with Captain Mike and Kim! Captain Mike put us on the fish and we had our limit of snapper in no time. We got to spend the rest of the day trolling (8 hour trip), but could have bottom fished for other species of snapper. Captain Mike let us do what we wanted to. Kim was an excellent deckhand.  She was very knowledgeable and taught some of the novice fishermen aboard how to tie some of the knots she uses and educated us on deep sea fishing. Captain Andy and his deckhand, Kim, were really great. Very kind. Though the weather was perfect, we had some very unique marine conditions as there were hundreds of dolphins everywhere. Of which I have never seen the likes of. This definitely had an effect on the fishing. Although we didn’t catch the fish we were after, we still had a great time. Would definitely book Sure Shot again!

My husband has been deep sea fishing before but it was my first time and the experience we had yesterday with Captain Mike and first mate Kim was fantastic! The fish hit as soon as we got out in deep waters and kept on during our trip. We had the best time and Captain Mike was just as excited with every catch we made as we were.
