Every trip with him isn't just full of fishing fun, but education as well, as he loves teaching his customers something new about the great outdoors, every day. Working with children is one of his favorite things and he loves involving young anglers in every aspect of a fishing trip, hopefully igniting their love for fishing.
Methoden: Spinning rods. Live bait, artificial, popping cork. Inshore and Nearshore. I like for everyone to be holding a rod and actively fishing.

My son turned 10 on Saturday and wanted to do some charter fishing. We chose IOP because he had been out with Captain Shane before and loved it. This trip they went out with Captain Joseph, he was a good teacher, a good captain, kind and so incredibly diligent. We look forward our next adventure on the Cut Mullet!

Had a great Time fishing with Joseph today on the 10-2 half day trip. Joseph set out 4-5 Lines consistently all day to help us catch Fish. I took my son out trying to catch a shark, & other species of fish today. We caught a few StingRay, that was quite a rush not knowing we had that fish on the line. Joseph did a great job as a guide, very patient with a 1st time Fisherman 7 years old. Thanks Again for taking us out, we will recommend and go again next time we are here!

I had a 4 hour fishing trip with Capt. Shane and it was fantastic. We mainly fished for redfish, however, we also hooked a large shark and after fighting this fish for at least a half hour we were able to bring him up to the boat and release him. This was a fabulous fun trip and if you enjoy the water and would like to learn about the coastal environment and biological wonders Capt. Shane is your man. So hurry and book your trip. Jerry M.
