Fishing was slow the morning we went out, but Captain Henry stayed out longer and tried to get us on fish. No bites all morning, but on our way in we kept trolling and 5 minutes before we were about to pull in the tackle we hooked up on a big blue marlin. I ended up landing an 11 foot, 300 pound monster after a one hour 20 minute fight. Mate Nicolas did a great job helping me land the fish, and Captain Henry did great maneuvering the boat. Fish of a lifetime and I am thankful for their help in giving me that experience! Nicolas worked as hard as I did to land the fish, and I think he was just as excited. Lifetime memory.

Full day trip targeting Mahi and Sails.  We were a group of four that have never fished for these species before.  Met the boat on the beach at 7:30.  On the fishing grounds at 8:30.  First boated Mahi by my wife at 9:30. Double at 10:45. Another double at 12:30.  In all we boated 5 Mahi ranging between 49 and 59 inches, 35lb to 45lb.  We also had 1 Mahi and 2 Sails hit, but didn’t get to the boat.  Can’t say enough about Captain Jorge and Mate Willie.  From immediately taking our call when traffic caused us to be late.  To working with us amateurs in fighting and landing these fish.  Ceviche was awesome!!  Already planning on booking again for our next trip to hopefully land those Sails.

Hooked two sailfish, landed one and also caught a huge mahi mahi.  We had a marlin come into the spread and that was also exciting.

Went on a full day offshore trip with Capt Henry and mate Carlos.  Having offshore fished often, I was very impressed with the effort put in by Henry and Carlos in putting out the spread and in changing things out to try and find what worked.  The bite was slow that day, but we did manage to land a 300 lb blue marlin.  Unfortunately, the fish got tail wrapped during the fight and didn’t make it.  Good, solid boat and great day on the water.  Would definately recommend.
