I am so glad that I booked a fishing trip with Captain Robert of Gone Fishing Barcelona. All communications were prompt, accurate, and helpful. We used electric reels to help make fishing in very deep water quite accessible and easy. Captain Robert is very knowledgeable of the local fish species and how to catch them. We caught many different species which I’ve never caught before because I’ve never fished in the Mediterranean. I highly recommend going fishing with Gone Fishing Barcelona.

Had a great fishing experience with Capt. Robert! Although the day was a bit windy, it didn't stop us from catching fish. Robert was kind and helpful while using his electric reels, which I had never used before, and proved to be very useful and effective, as we caught several kinds of fish, including a very big conger eel, moray, big red snapper, scorpionfish, sea bream... I highly recommend fishing with him! Thanks for this amazing trip!

We had a tremendous time fishing with 'Gone Fishing' in Barcelona. Caught two big Bluefin Tuna's - 140 and 180 pounds. It was just catch and release, so we got them close to the boat, took a few pictures, and let them go. We also trolled and caught some Mahi Mahi - which are always fun. What a fun trip! Jordi is so kind and helpful as well as being a knowledgeable fisherman! I had very little experience and he helped and gave me pointers (I caught the most fish with his help) Would absolutely recommend and would book again!

It was a wonderful trip. We saw a moonfish. We catched fish. Jordy is kind and helpful. Our nephew didn't feel so well, so he helped us.

Great experience for the whole family with Captain Robert! We got to see the sunrise as we fished many little fish, and even an octopus. The captain was very nice and helpful (perfect English and Spanish) explaining every single step. Will definitely book it again, and recommend 100%.

Robert was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and accommodating to changes in weather for us to have the best experience. They were so friendly and offered to show us more of town after the tour. We had a blast

I booked this as a surprise for my son and my partner to do and it was great. Robert explained everything about where to find the fish etc. It was a lovely morning out on the sea

I was with my 11-year-old son on his first fishing trip. Robert and his crew/companion Edgard were amazing and kind to us. They helped to teach my son how to fish, they were very patient, and finally, he caught several fish and squid. He was so happy! They made our day! Thank you, Captain Robert!

Overall it was a memorable experience, with great weather and plenty of bites during the fishing trip. The only recommendation I would give is to reconsider the prices considering the duration of the trip. I would have wished to try different types of fishing with different baits for different target species. Overall I had good fun but recommend to go for 6hr or 8hr trip instead as 4 is not enough.

If I could give captain rob 10 stars I would! We did an 8 hour trip and it was everything we hoped it would be! Caught tons of fish mahi mahi, Bonita, and blue fin tunas! If we are ever in the area again we will definitely come back!!
