The crew went out aof their way to try and get us to catch fish. They are friendly and my son and I had a great day.

The boat was a beauty, clean and in excellent condition. The equipment was also pristine. The crew was warm and welcoming and super competent. We felt safe and we would definitely book again because of the crew - TK and Tobani.

We set out to catch a Mahi Mahi and had one within 2 hours. Colin was great at setting the rods and assisting with anything we needed. Heyne was a great captain with excellent communication and a good sense of humour. An excellent trip all round (if only my fellow fisherman didn't get seasick)

Please do yourself a favour and book a trip with Simply the best charters. The skipper (Jakes) has vast knowledge of all facets of fishing and his deck hand (Shorty) is the best assisting and giving advice. His fishing gear is top notch.

We were a completely novice group and had a wonderful day out. We caught fish and saw whales. Despite everyone wanting something a little different, the skipper and his crew went out of their way to accommodate us and make it special. We will definitely do this again.

The trip was really great we didn't catch as many as whatl we expected but we were in the fish and had constant bites so no problems there. I have fished on charter boats all across the Indian Ocean but Blu-Ray is the nicest, cleanest and well run boat I have ever been on. Crew were great, organisation and communication the best. I hope to go again one day and can thoroughly recommend to anyone. Fishing wasn't bad either !!!

Great fishing experience for our children fishing for the first time. The crew helped us so much and really focused on making it a memorable experience for the kids. We will definitely book a trip again next time we visit Ballito.

Quite windy making it difficult to stay on the fish while drifting. Still managed to take home a feed and rue the ones that the taxman ate. Would do it again.

We really enjoyed the trip. Make sure you ask if you want to make use of the gas braai and how you would like your fish to be cleaned. As a summary, the boats are top class and crew very knowledgable and competent
