We had a fantastic trip with Captain Steve on a 3/14/24 trip over Spring Break at PK Lake. Steve has great equipment from his boat to his angling equipment. We enjoyed the comradery between him and our fishermen. Would not hesitate to sign up with Steve or recommend his guide services to anyone else in the future.

Had a great time fishing at Possum Kingdom. Captain Steve put us right on top of the stripers. Spent the morning catching stripers near the dam. Great equipment, friendly conversation, enjoyed the trip, highly recommend.

absolutely GREAT experience! Great guy and guide. Caught our limit in 45 minutes and learned a LOT. DEFINITELY go with him again ANYTIME.

Mr. McVay was extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful in making the trip a truly memorable experience. He provided extra assistance to a person in our group that has disabilities that presented challenges to fishing, but I don't believe I've seen him smile as much as he did bringing in his catches. Thank you Mr. McVay for the patience and understanding in making this trip a memory he will not ever forget. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and appreciate everything.

Had a great day on the lake with Captain Connor for my son’s birthday gift. It was a slow start to the morning, but Connor kept working to put us on a bunch of good fish throughout the trip. He was very attentive and worked well with my son to teach him a few things along the way. It was a great experience overall, and I would definitely recommend Family Style Guide Service and Captain Connor.

Steve put us on fish within 10 minutes of being on the water. It was a cold and windy day at PK but very productive. Steve was a great guide, very knowledgeable and fun to be with. Strongly recommend Steve to anyone.

Steve had to really work today to find fish but when my wife caught a striper over 16 lbs, it sure made the trip worth it. Steve has the best equipment, a really nice boat and he will work hard all day to find fish. His super nice personality makes spending a day on the water a really great day.

Early fisherman and fisherwoman catch the stripers. Up at 5 fishing by 615. Saw an unusual feeding frenzy with estimated 100 stripers breaking the surface. Caught two great stripers within 5 minutes. Captain Conner Wood was great, set a fun tone right from the beginning. Ended up with a big sand bass and more fish than we have caught at one time. We will be back!
