We had an awesome time with our captain Mickey! He was a great guide and gave us a lot of good tips! We caught several size fish and will be booking with him again the summer!

Captain was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and very accommodating to my two young children who came aboard the trip. I HIGHLY recommend him for all parties in the future.

Captain Mickey was very knowledgeable of the area and different fish species. Plus a very enjoyable day conversing with him. We were after various bass & we were successful.

Had a great time with Captain D on trip today with my sons. Caught a 25 pounder with in the first 10 minutes of the trip. Boat is nice, clean and spacious!

Bill was the perfect guide and made today such a memory for me and my son. We caught 8 great fish and had so many that were so close. The boat was a perfect size, he ordered up amazing weather, and even with a ton of other anglers on the water, we found multiple places that were secluded and stocked! Already planning our next outing with Bill in June!

Captain Darrell exceeded our wildest expectations during our fishing trip on Lake Lanier. From the moment we stepped aboard his boat, his down-to-earth nature and accommodating demeanor made us feel right at home. It’s clear that he possesses an unrivaled knowledge of these waters, having honed his fishing skills since he was a child. He went above and beyond and oh yeah, we caught over 45 lbs of fish!!!

Despite the cold weather Capt Mickey was able to locate the fish and give my grandson the best trip ever. This was my fourth trip with Mad Gillz and I'm already planning the next.

Captain Darrell was fantastic! He was a great teacher and wonderful with my 10 yr old son. We have never fished before today. We caught 3 Bass and 1 Catfish! I also learned that bananas are bad luck on boats.😂

Bill is the best! We’ve been on several trips with Bill and it’s always top notch. He knows where the fish are and how to get them in the boat for some great pics!

He is very kind and professional. My kids and I made a good fallow by fishing in Lake Rainier and will be back soon. I recommend dressing up to block the wind on a running boat.

My son came home for spring break, and I surprised him with this fishing trip. We had an absolutely amazing experience. Malik was extremely professional and patient during our trip. He provided thorough instructions and demonstrated different techniques for us to try. This was one of the most relaxed and fun Fishing trips I’ve ever taken. I will definitely book this trip again.

Came south from Ohio to fish Stripers. My 12 yr old son caught his first one. First time fishing in Georgia. 💪😊

So for years I have wanted to learn to fish for Striper on Lanier. Cpt Bill was and excellent guide and open to any and all questions. If you want a great time and learn new fishing techniques he is now our go to guide in Georgia.

We had a great day with Hunter. We went on a very chilly day that wasn’t the best weather for fishing. We immediately caught a big fish right away. He was great at using the radar on the boat to find fish when they were approaching the boat. The boat was very nice and clean. All equipment was top of the line. I would definitely recommend. We will be booking again,

Be ready to dock shoot, saw a lot of fish on the graph but can’t always make them bite.

We had a great time out on the water with Captain Holbrook even though it was a little chilly. We got on about 14 large spotted bass between 3 people and two catfish. Which was one of the best fishing day on Lanier for size and amount of spotted bass. The captain was fun and knew were to look for the fish. Was definitely worth pushing through the cold to get some quality sized spots! Will definitely go again in the future with captain holbrook!
