Ray was great - communicated super well and had a great boat/equipment for us all set up when we arrived. We caught tons of fish on our half-day trip (everyone got in on the fun) and he taught all of us new tips and tricks. We're already planning the next one!

i’d like to tell everyone not to take Ray just so that we could have him whenever we wanted… But that just wouldn’t be fair… He is absolutely a phenomenal guide, who put us on fish at every location and was very patient with us and taught us experienced anglers lots of new tricks! We had plenty to take home and threw plenty back for the next time. Can’t recommend him enough and will be coming out with him again!!!

Great half-day with Captain Ray. Very patient and great coach for a novice and a mild-moderately experienced angler. Taught me things I have been doing wrong all my life and I learned a lot. Clearly knows his way around the area and how to catch bass! Conditions were poor but we pulled in some nice ones anyway making for great pics and a fabulous experience. I would definitely go with him again! Highly recommend.

My Grandson and I had a great time fishing with Captain Ray. We had basically used close face reels, but Captain Ray was very patients and instructed us on how to use the open face reel and how to cast. It didn't take but a few minutes and my Grandson had his first fish. I would recommend Captain Ray as a guide if you're looking for a great experience!

Booked a last minute trip with Ray for myself, hubby and son. We had a great day. Learned a lot and caught some striped bass. Can't ask for better. Highly recommend Ray!

Power lines down couldn’t go where we plan. Captain Ray suggested a couple of possibles. Caught a few bass. The sun wouldn’t stay out. When it was out we were getting hits. All in all it was a good day.

Ray was prepared and took us to several good locations. His boat and equipment were ready when we arrived. I’ve been fishing for many years. He was a great instructor for my 8yr old and me too.
