I had a great trip with Capt Chris. I took a four hour inshore charter. I caught plenty of redfish and sea trout and a smattering of other fish. More importantly, Capt Chris was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I would have learned a great deal about local fishing conditions and techniques generally, and would have had a great time, even if we had not fared so well. I would definitely recommend Keen Eye to anyone looking to fish in the Charleston area.

We booked a nearshore trip in mid April with Captain Chris. Had a good experience and landed a variety of fish. Well equipped comfortable boat. Chris is knowledgeable, very accommodating and efficient. His knowledge of local waters and wildlife was much appreciated by two veterinarians… What an excellent way to celebrate our wedding anniversary.. Thank you!

Chris was excellent, very responsive on the app and text, very professional and personable with a deep knowledge of the Charleston area waters. Our family had so much fun, and we caught so many fish (speckled sea trout, sea bass, and Red Drum), even the kids were worn out reeling them in, ha. We are already thinking about a future off-shore trip, after our near-shore trip was so successful. Would definitely recommend for the Kiawah and Seabrook area!

Caught wonderful TONS of fish. We made Brazilian fish stew with out catch and did not have to supplement. Terrific day fishing and Captain Chris filleted the fish to perfection. He is wonderful and the trip was superb!!!

We had a great day fishing with Chris. We went for sheepshead (because that was what was biting) and caught a ton of sheepshead and several seabass. Overall, a very fun day. We will be back.

Captain Chris was well prepared, on time, and very helpful through the entire trip. Weather did not cooperate for the off-shore experience, but Captain Chris adjusted to near shore fishing. Lot’s of non-stop action!

Father and teenage son first time out on a guided trip. We had a great time. Captain Will took us to multiple spots and we caught a variety of fish. Will and his deck hand were helpful and patient with a couple of novices new to saltwater.

Cptn. Chris did a great job. We spent most of the 3 hour trip catching fish. This is our second inland trip out with Chris and it never disappoints.

Fishing was difficult because of all the debris in the water, but Captain Chris came through. My son and grandson were able to pull in a baby shark. Have a great picture for show and tell.

We went off shore bottom fishing and were able to catch several species of fish including vermillion snapper, trigger fish, multiple types of grouper and even a nice king fish. Captain Chris runs a great and safe operation and works hard to keep you on the fish and make sure you have a good time. I would and have recommended Captain Chris to friends coming to the area.
