The fishing charter experience with Captain Rick was by far the best fishing experience I have ever had. The captain and boat crew were friendly, respectful and easy to get along with. The fish were biting all day during our full day charter. All equipment was well maintained and clean. A perfect fishing experience especially for beginners.

What a great experience for my daughter and I today, codey was very helpful and explained everything we were doing. We will be back for sure. My daughter brought in the biggest fish today she was super excited.

Captain Rick, and first mate Jack were fantastic. They are passionate about fishing and teaching their guests about fishing beautiful Lake Erie. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.

Captain Cody and his mate took us on a beautiful cruise and we pulled in some good walleye and trout which he filleted for us at the end of the trip. A very memorable trip.

Captain Codey and Brayden were great thru the whole trip! Definitely recommend going out on the water with them! We will be booking with him again next time we visit!

This is our second year, coming out with Westfield Charters. What an amazing time, the captain is so knowledgeable we are in Fish right away, and we limited out…one of the best fishing days of my life, and I fished all over, including Alaska. See you all next year

Captain Rick and his crew made this trip even better than we could’ve imagined! Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful, and we seemed to out-fish all the other boats on the water. We all caught big fish, and lots of them. We will definitely be back at Westfield Charters for our next Erie trip. Thanks again Rick!

Our trip included two adults and one 7 year old granddaughter; the weather was perfect and Captain Codey Allen and deckhand Tristan were very keen basing their instincts from past fishing experiences; they put us on so many fish, we limited out! From what we understood we were his first charter this year that did limit out. Our granddaughter had a good time and even caught three nice perch! Our walleye experience is one I highly recommend. Please consider Lake Affect Charter for a great trip.

Great day on Lake Erie with Captain Codey and First Mate Brayden. Weather was good and the lake was calm. The fish weren't as cooperative as they could have been but all-in-all we had a blast. Landed 10 and lost 4. It wasn't for lack of effort by our crew. They worked hard for us and were great to chat with. We chased walleyes in a few different places on the lake. We enjoyed the charter and would do it again.

Great crew. We really enjoyed ourselves getting out on the lake was awesome. We didn’t care if we caught anything but we ended up catching a bunch of walleye. My only criticism would be the boat. One of our party couldn’t make it so we only had four but thank God there really wasn’t much room for another person I had to sit on a cooler for 4 1/2 hours.

We wanted big fish and we got em. Pulled in a cooler full of Walleye. Conditions were perfect and the sunset ride home was beautiful. Codey and his first mate gave us a day trolling that we'll never forget. Thanks!!

We had a great time fishing with captain Rick, first mate Jack, and Nathan. Captain Rick explained everything he was doing and we had a successful day on the water catching around 15 fish including 11 keeper walleye. If we ever do another trip we will definitely use captain Rick and Westfield charters again!

Captain Rick was very knowledgeable of the lake. He did whatever it took to find the fish. His first mate Emily was very smart lady. And co-captain Nathan let’s go STEELERS!!!!

My wife and I had a great time out fishing with Captain Rick and crew members, Emily and Nathan. Rick is very knowledgeable and explained the techniques he uses to fish multiple lines at different depths. We didn’t catch a boatload, but we caught more than enough nice size walleye for several dinners and they did a great job filleting our bounty! We would highly recommend taking a trip with Captain Rick and crew!
