We just finished up a half day with Capt Josh. We faced a tough bite but Capt Josh kept us on fish the whole day. We caught Snapper, Jacks, Redfish, Snook, catfish, and even had a barracuda on for a little while. Capt Josh is very friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend hi. For your next fishing trip!

I know it’s fishing and some days are better than others, however Capt Scott knows where the fish are and put us on them. We took. home a 20lb 38 inch Cobia that Capt Scott did an awesome job filleting for us. He’s a very pleasant man and shares his life stories with everyone. We highly recommend Capt Scott and Rod Benders Charter, and we will definitely book with him again! :-)

Our guide, John, was very good- very easy to talk with and easy going, we could tell he was doing his best to find us some good spots to fish. We had to move to a few different locations as the fish just weren't biting much. We were just hoping to have caught more local fish that we could take home for the price of the charter.

Once again, we had 2 great morning trips with Captain Scott. We were able to fish for the king mackerel and ended up catching 3- 1 which we were able to keep and eat. Winds were definitely problematic both days but we were also able to have some fun inshore with jacks and grouper.
