Great day on the water with Capt Val. She is very knowledgeable and personable. Goes above and beyond to make your trip a memorable experience.

We fished a half day trip with Captain Valerie at Headwaters Lake. We caught 42 Bass ranging from 2 to almost 8 pounds. We had a great time and Captain Valerie was very professional and fun to be with. We had a great time.

Spent the day with Val on Headwater today with my 11 yo son. She kept us on huge bass all day. We caught around 40 in our 6 hour trip, mostly between 5-8 lbs. Her gear and boat was top notch and she was super knowledgeable of the lake. She was fantastic with my son as well, kept him set up on fish all day and on his toes. Looking forward to booking an Okechobee trip with her in the future.

Can’t say enough about Bill and his team, they are on the ball from the time we booked. The experience was a 10star from start to finish, we will be back!

We caught several fish over 7lbs. The smallest fish was 2.5. Headwaters is a Great Lake, and Capt Valerie did a great job of finding fish the whole time.

Captain Steve is excellent on putting you Bass. Knowledge of lake is first class.

We all had a great time..Captain Paul is awesome! Especially recommend with children, had our 14 year old grandson with us who had a blast. Caught his first Garr and Mudfish as a bonus and when over said he can't wait to do it again!

Captain Valerie rocks!! 1st place we fished was a bit spotty but, we caught fish. Moved over to another and caught a couple of big ones but, they were still a bit spread out. Then she says we'll fish this next spot for about 5 minutes just in case something is holding there then move on. We never ended up moving. That "5 minute" spot was stacked with quality fish. THANK YOU SO MUCH. 50 years making the trip to fish Florida and this was by far the best.

Captain Bill was awesome. He put us on fish all morning. We ended up with over 25 fish . This was my friend Mike’s first Bass trip and he had a great time. I will look up Captain Bill again the next time we come down to Florida! Awesome!!!!

First and foremost, I'm not a professional fisherman. I'm about as amateur as you can get. Despite that, Val took her time to learn what I was looking for out of the trip and did everything she could do to exceed those expectations. She was attentive, friendly and gave me plenty of pointers to help me with my fishing game. Her knowledge of where we fished and what we caught was impressive, to say the least. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a great trip out on the water.

My wife and I had a fantastic day bass fishing for the first time with Valerie. The boat and gear were top quality and Valerie’s calm, positive and patient instruction led to a very successful day of fishing with many, many catches. Morell’s dedication to her craft and willingness to accommodate all of our needs put her company over the top. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to others or to book with her again in the future.

What a big and beautiful lake. She knows more about electronics than anyone ,and can teach people like me. Her boat is immaculate and she made the day awesome. Thanks Val Jb.

We have had several full days and half day trips with Capt. Val on Headwaters. Never disappointed. My son fishes the High School Bass Nation Series, so only artificial baits used. Our best day was over 40 large mouth released. She is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Already have dates booked for 2024.

Captain Bill was a great guide. This was our first time freshwater fishing (at Headwaters), and we were able to catch multiple bass in a 4 hour period. The captain shared his knowledge about the area and made sure we had a memorable trip.

My recent trip to Headwaters w Capt Val Morrell was an experience i’ll not soon forget! We caught good size AND numbers, and she was a fantastic guide and teacher who really showed me the ins n outs of this great fishery! I am looking forward to my next outing and i would surely recommend Val to anyone looking for a fun and productive day on this fantastic lake !

My husband and I had a great day on Headwaters with Captain Dan. Such a nice guy, waited on us hand and foot, and he gave us some good fishing tips. We didn't get the giant but got a few good ones. I would highly recommend Captain Dan. My grandson said I got the bigger fish because I'm "the older fish". 🤣

Captain Dan was excellent. He worked extremely hard all morning to keep us on the fish as we searched for the giants. Completely open to sharing new fishing techniques/baits as well as educating us on the subtle nuances of the lake - underway grass points, depth changes/drop-offs, skinny water areas, etc..). Great communicator which made the overall experience truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend Captain Dan.

Had a blast with Captian Matt we caught fish all day. His knowledge of the local waters really shows, top notch tackle and a great boat. Great Captian to fish with will definitely be fishing with him again..

Dan was great. Had a great time and got us on some nice fish including a 7 lb bass and some Gar. Wonderful wildlife and birds. Lots of alligators Recommend this guide to everyone

Capt Steve knows this lake and techniques. I would recommend if want to be put on fish.
