We organised an 80th birthday surprise for my dad to catch some kingfish with captain Brett and our group had a lot of fun everyone was very complimentary of the captain and the crew and the effort they went to to make sure they catch some kingies despite the unexpected change in weather half way through the trip. Dad was smiling ear to ear when he got home! We certainly would book Double Rum again without hesitation

We had a great time on the Double rum charter. The crew was phenomenal and very helpful. We caught lots of red snapper and a few king fish. Ran into the tax man(sharks) a few times as well. Hands down the best fishing charter ive been on. (Im Canadian and fish 150 days a year in Canada). If you love catching fish, this is the place to be in Auckland.
