Captain Ivan was fantastic! He put us right on the fish. Several double hook-ups and a few triples! I think the longest we went without a bite was 15 minutes. An amazing day, looking forward to booking again in September for the big ones!

We had such a wonderful day and we feel lucky to be his penultimate charter before his second retirement. Thank you again Ivan! The fish, crab and shrimp were delicious and the kids still talk about the day.

We had a great day out with Guy. He answered our 5 million questions about everything as this was way different fishing than we do at home on the lakes. We enjoyed our time and most importantly we are taking home lots!!

Captain Ivan is a great guide with lots of experience and fun stories. He'll explain every step of the way if you're a newcomer and is patient, caring, and attentive. He is willing to accommodate whatever you want to do whether it's crabbing, fishing, spot prawn fishing, and more. We had a great time with Captain Ivan and definitely will come back in the future!

The trip was wonderful. The guide Guy Dale is awesome and is very familiar with the water around the city , as result we had hooked up several fished and went home with some huge crabs. Highly recommended.

Captain Ivan is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly fishing guide. We had an enjoyable fishing trip. One of two crap traps was stolen. It would have been perfect if three crab traps were dropped. We also caught a 12lb ling cod and a few that got away-:)

We fished outside of Port Renfrew in some pretty rough seas. Ivan’s boat was great, and while we were catching a lot of fish he managed to keep our rods well baited and in the water all the while minimizing the 10 foot swells. A lot fun and a lot of exciting fish
