February sees more Steelhead in the river, but this is still low season. You might hook the occasional Sturgeon or Chinook Salmon.

Slightly warmer weather marks the start of peak season for Steelhead. Sturgeon are also present in larger numbers, preparing to storm in the spring.

Sturgeon’s peak season is starting now, so get ready for long, exciting, and strenuous duels. Reel them in, take a photo, and release them unharmed.

Besides Sturgeon and Steelhead, Chinook Salmon are on the rise! Challenge yourself with fly fishing and catch them as true anglers do!

As summer approaches, Salmon fishing gets better and better. You can also target Sockeye Salmon, which shows up in great numbers.

Pink Salmon also find their way through the Fraser River and make Salmon fishing more exciting. Sturgeon fishing is amazing, so don’t miss out!

Coho Salmon start their upstream run as well. With Chum Salmon showing up, finally, all 5 Salmon species are there, ready to bite and fight.
