Buy a squid like fake baits. Every fish like to eat them. Apart u can catch loads of mackerel so sabikies would be your choice. Bottom rigs with size from 4 to 1/0 hooks topped with small pieces of squid, mackerel, mussels and prowns would catch u anything. For bigger fishes bigger pieces of mackerel or squid and located in deeper places. Biggest species are out in the sea and best to be located with boats. Best regards ?

Top notch! Captain Domagoj was an amazing guide. Very knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly and professional. He provided sandwiches and beverages and made sashimi from one of the fish we caught! Talk about fresh! The boat is in great condition, comfortable and well kept (+ a bathroom on board). All around, this is a trip you don’t want to miss for an exceptional price! Late october, still warm and even ok to svim at blue cave.
After 5 min we started to fish a big one was hooked, looked like 5-10 kg catch but snapped away-what a pity.
Later we got a lot of different small ones. The best was sea bream.
Nice half day trip, weather and the nature was amazing, good guide and boat. Strong recommendation!

Super trip. The skipper picked us up at our village - me, my wife plus two kids (10 and 14). We caught one decent sized fish - a dorado (?) which the local restaurant cooked for us, plus some other little fish. he then took us to one of the islandswher we stopped off for a drink. Recommended.

Incredible day we started out trying for big red snapper and John Dory with no luck. Then we went to big rock closer to Hvar and boom we caught 4 snapper and an incredible Scorpion fish super cool. Tony was determined to find us fish and we did. He was an awesome driver, captain, fisherman and my new Croatian friend.I highly recommend him, nice boat good bait and lots of knowledge of the sea and the history of this beautiful country.. We had a wonderful couple of hours out with Toni. He is a friendly and good captain/fisherman who knows the water very well. We had a 5 year old and a baby with us, which felt perfectly safe and comfortable in his spacious boat. We fished inshore (trolling) which was really fun for my kid. We saw large tunas hunting in the surface, a really nice experience.

Cannot recommend this day trip enough. Our guide was personable, funny, kind and knowledgable. He make sure our entire group explored, swam and caught fish! We caught a few John dory’s (yummy!) and one red snapper. On the way visited few nice bays. The highlight was definitely the fish BBQ.

We had a great half day fishing with Dilan. He did everything to bring us to the fish. Sadly the fish where not that activ, but Dilan gave us an additional hour without charge and we managed to catch some common Pandora. Great day, great captain! I can recommend this trip!

It was a nice fishing day thanks to our amazing captain. Everyone had a lot of fun, especially the kids. Would recommend to families with children who love the sea. We are coming again next year for sure.

Top notch! Captain Domagoj was an amazing guide. Very knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly and professional. He provided sandwiches and beverages and made sashimi from one of the fish we caught! Talk about fresh! The boat is in great condition, comfortable and well kept (+ a bathroom on board). All around, this is a trip you don’t want to miss for an exceptional price! Thank you, Domagoj for sharing your birthday with us!

Late october, still warm and even ok to svim at blue cave.
After 5 min we started to fish a big one was hooked, looked like 5-10 kg catch but snapped away-what a pity.
Later we got a lot of different small ones. The best was sea bream.
Nice half day trip, weather and the nature was amazing, good guide and boat. Strong recommendation!

Super trip. The skipper picked us up at our village - me, my wife plus two kids (10 and 14). We caught one decent sized fish - a dorado (?) which the local restaurant cooked for us, plus some other little fish. he then took us to one of the islandswher we stopped off for a drink. Recommended.

Wonderful trip. Captain Marko was terrific with my 8yo. He was prompt, ready to go at exactly 6AM, and had us in the right spot to be snagging fish as the sun rose. Highly recommended.

Incredible day we started out trying for big red snapper and John Dory with no luck. Then we went to big rock closer to Hvar and boom we caught 4 snapper and an incredible Scorpion fish super cool. Tony was determined to find us fish and we did. He was an awesome driver, captain, fisherman and my new Croatian friend.I highly recommend him, nice boat good bait and lots of knowledge of the sea and the history of this beautiful country.. Tony we will be back. God bless you and your family.

Srdan was an amazing captain and had us try several different fishing techniques. We caught Gar, spider fish, red snappers, and even a perch. This was an extremely fun trip and I would highly recommend Srdan to anyone looking for a great, small group fishing charter in Dubrovnik!

We had a wonderful couple of hours out with Toni. He is a friendly and good captain/fisherman who knows the water very well. We had a 5 year old and a baby with us, which felt perfectly safe and comfortable in his spacious boat. We fished inshore (trolling) which was really fun for my kid. We saw large tunas hunting in the surface, a really nice experience.
