Your guide for the day is Joe Terleski who’s been fishing for over five decades. He’s fished these waters far and beyond and knows how to put you on fish. A former firefighter, Joe loves sharing his passion for fishing and has what it takes to make your trip productive.

Depending on what you want to fish for, when, and where, you will meet with Joe at one of the numerous locations where he guides fishing trips. He fishes numerous rivers near Portland and across Oregon, including the Columbia River, but also Clackamas, Sandy, Willamette, and Nestucca rivers. And, what’s also perfect is that you can try fly fishing, trolling, and more.

You will be fishing from an 18’ Willie drift boat that was built in 2018. She can take up to two anglers and lacks nothing in the equipment. You will float down the river and explore honey holes where the fish are. All the fishing gear, fresh bait, and safety gear are going to be waiting for you onboard.

When you’re packing for the trip, make sure to bring a fishing license, tags, rain gear, boots, and a cooler to keep in the car so that you can transfer your catch home. Besides, bring food and drinks, as well as a camera. Please note that smoking is not allowed.
