If you want a top of the line, full time, and experienced fishing charter on Lake Ontario look no further! U.S.C.G Master Captain Adam Deslandes and Northeastern Sportfishing Charters invite you to join them for an outstanding day of fishing on eastern Lake Ontario!

Your vessel for the day will be a 33’ Tiara, powered by twin 350 HP Crusader engines. This boat provides a quick and comfortable ride to and from fishing grounds even on those less than perfect weather days!

Fully equipped with updated high end navigational and fishfinding equipment, as well as high power downriggers, planer system, and top quality Shimano rods and reels! Need tackle? Don’t worry the boat is equipped with an endless supply of lures, flys, flashers, cut bait. When you need a break from reeling in all those fish, there is adequate seating for six, as well as an enclosed head for the ladies!

Capt. Adam kicks the season off in the early spring (April and May) targeting high numbers of Brown Trout right off the surface as well as Steelhead, and Lake Trout that are mixed in using light weight rods and tackle! Top water spring fishing makes for an exciting day on the water and is very active which is great for kids!

By summer, the Salmon has joined in on the action making for an amazing variety of fish inshore and offshore! You never know what could be on the other end of your line! By the end of summer into fall, it becomes Salmon heaven in Mexico, NY and is the time of year Salmon enthusiast dream of when the Salmon make their way into staging grounds! There’s no better feeling than hooking up with doubles or even sometimes triples with big mature King and Coho Salmon that scream out drag!

With us, your day of fishing doesn’t start until the lines are in the water and doesn’t end until the last rod is out! When your day of adventure comes to an end all your catch is cleaned the way you like and bagged for you!

I have been fishing Lake Ontario and Champlain since I was a child and have had a passion for it ever since. Running my own vessel on Lake Ontario since the age of 13 and running a charter vessel at the age of 18 has allowed me to learn the patterns and preferred waters of the Salmon and Trout targeted. When I was a small child, I got to reel in all the fish, but as I got older I began to enjoy seeing other people reeling in these monsters just as I had. I now enjoy watching the clients catch fish just as much as if I were reeling them in myself!
