I had my husband and 2 teenage boys on this trip. Shannon knew we wanted to catch some shark. We had several bites and a catch in the first hour, which was amazing! Bites got a little slow and Shannon took us to a bait spot where sharks were clearly approaching us all around. We had multiple other bites and fights the last hour. Shannon took care of all the rods, fresh hooks and bait the whole trip to make sure we were always ready to fish or had rods in the water. Absolutely enjoyed this trip and my boys are anxious to go again now! Thanks!!

Just pick this boat if you want to catch some fish. ( I know sharks are not fish but for this they count)  Asked for an adventure and he provided one for the memories.  Started off catching some bait with light tackle near shore.  Headed offshore and caught a few 3 - 4ft sharks.  Then caught the biggest shark of my life… 6ft… then caught a bigger 7ft shark… then lost an even bigger one as it bit through the leader.  Solid boat great captain.

Capt. Shannon put a lot of effort in to ensure we had a good experience on out trip. There was a really bad storm that blew through the day before our trip and it really churned up the bay system. All the trout green water went missing. We started out for the jetties but the water conditions and wind direction were such that Capt. Shannon realized that fishing conditions out there were bad and we would just be wasting out time going out there, so we turned back and fished the causeway area for a while. We then moved back into the basin area and settled on a spot in some protected waters and our party,(w/2 grandkids), limited out on specs. Most of the morning reports were slow fishing but our Capt. still managed to put us on some fish.
Thanks for your efforts Capt. Shannon. I know how hard is to fish under the poor weather conditions we had that day and put fish in the boat. The grandkids will remember this fishing trip with their grandparents.

EVERYTHING WORKED LIKE CLOCKWORK WITH REGARD TO THE RESERVATION, COMMUNICATION WITH THE CAPTAIN, DEPARTURE TIME, ETC.  NICE BATHROOMS AND SHOWERS AT THE DOCK.  CAPTAIN WAS VERY ACCOMODATING TO OUR NEEDS TO ADD AN HOUR TO THE TRIP AND TO DEPART AN HOUR EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED.

FISHING WAS SLOW THE FIRST 45 MINUTES AND THEN WE MOVED TO A DIFFERENT SPOT AND CAUGHT OUR LIMIT OF 25 BLACK DRUM FOR THE 5 OF US WITHIN TWO HOURS.  THE REST OF THE TIME WAS CATCH AND RELEASE.

THEN WE WENT TO HULI HULI HUT JUST A FEW MINUTES AWAY WHERE THEY COOKED OUR FRESH CATCH FOR US 4 DIFFERENT WAYS.

THE ENTIRE DAY WAS A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE.

It’s very hard to keep a 5 year old child happy and busy doing the same thing 4 hours. I really didn’t think she would make it the 4 hours but capt. Shannon did a great job keeping us where the fish were and she caught more fish than I did. Captain Shannon done and exceptional job keeping us both baited and lines in the water. He was great with my 5 year old. Would recommend to everyone and will be back myself.
