You will start off your journey on a 22’ Pathfinder that can take you and your family out for 4 hours of fun and games in the shallow, pristine waters of Homosassa River. She is powered by a 200 HP engine, reliable and safe to take you to even the most hidden collecting spots.
Capt. Heath will provide you with all the equipment you’ll need – mask, snorkel, and fins, or you can bring your own if you’d prefer. Your guide is there to make sure you fill your bag for the day and have an awesome time while doing it. You will have a scenic backdrop that you can take in when you’re not splashing away in search of your prey and who knows, you might catch sight of manatees as well.
These trips are perfect family outings – your kids will have a lot of fun and learn something new, and you will create lasting memories and bring home delicious dinner. All the scalloping is usually done in 6 feet of water or less, so even if swimming isn’t your strongest suit, you’ll feel confident and relaxed.
