Captain Scott's Catfish Charter
Captain’s Scott Catfish Charter invites you to enjoy Lake Erie fishing at its finest. With just a quick boat ride to a calm fishing area, you will be ready to bait the hooks. Captain Scott is a patient and professional guide, who knows the area like the back of his hand. Kids are especially welcome to join the adventure: there is nothing better than putting a smile on a child’s face!
Enjoy your fishing trip with Captain Scott aboard a 24-foot Tracker pontoon, which comes powered by a 60 HP Mercury Big Foot engine. Originally built in 1986, the vessel was fully uphauled in 2015 and is ready to get you to the fishing grounds in comfort and style. Perfect for accommodating up to six anglers, the pontoon is wheelchair accessible and has a private bathroom on board.
Captain Scott’s clients catch an average of 50 to 100 Catfish per person without fighting the rough waters of the main lake. These fat monsters reach a weight of 20 pounds and put up the kind of fight that will put a smile on your face. The trips are four and six hours and the captain has customized the packages to suit any angler’s need and budget.
An adventure with Captain’s Scott Catfish Charter comes inclusive with all the necessary equipment you need to make outstanding catches possible. You will be provided with high-quality rods, Penn spinning or Zebco push button reels, tackle, and bait but you can also feel free to bring your own gear. If you decide to keep the catch, it could be cleaned at an additional fee. You need to bring a fishing license, sunscreen, your camera, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Book your family-friendly adventure with Captain Scott’s Catfish Charter. It’s “reel” fun!
