Lake Effects Sport Fishing is a charter service operating on Lake Erie. They are passionate anglers who enjoy helping their clients catch lots of delicious fish. The charter is owned by USCG-licensed Captain Russell who has been fishing these local waters for decades.
You’ll spend the day aboard a 24’ Proline walkaround, originally built in 2006. Powered by a 200 HP Mercury Optimax engine, this vessel will take you to some of the most productive fishing spots in no time. The boat contains life jackets for all guests, a GPS unit, and a fishfinder ideal for locating schools of fish. She accommodates up to 4 anglers and children are welcome aboard as well.
Captain Russell will have you fishing some of the best spots for Walleye on Lake Erie. He provides top-of-the-line fishing gear, including rods, reels, artificial lures, and live bait. On top of that, you’ll have the expertise of a local guide who knows these waters like the back of his hand.
It should be noted that the food quality of Walleye is excellent. After your trip, you’ll be able to go home, throw your catch on the grill, and enjoy a savory meal with the family. That being said, be sure to bring an extra cooler for your catch so you can take your fish home. Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks for the ride as well.
Just remember to purchase your fishing license before the trip and your captain will provide the rest.
