Welcome to Twilight Delight Charters. My name is captain Rafael Pertierra and I am a Miami native addicted to fishing. I love to pursue our native game species with the means of light tackle spin gear or fly gear.

I have been fishing all my life but have dedicated my target to the flats game in pursuit of trophy game fish. Our target species include Snook, Tarpon, Redfish, Black Drum, Permit and Bonefish. Bonefish are my favorite species to target.

The game fish we target do not come easy to one. There will be days that it takes practice and commitment to make it happen. Other times it’s just silly how much fish we catch.

On my charter, I will put in the maximum amount of effort needed to help you accomplish your goal of landing a fish of a lifetime. On my boat, I require nothing but determination and fun. So if u can’t cast or hook a bait, no worries, my goal is help you along the way. Let’s get out on the water together and make some memories.
