Make some memories in Key West and go fishing with Key West Charter Fishing. With Captain Blake at the helm, you’re in knowledgeable and experienced hands.

These waters are known for Lane Snapper, Spotted Seatrout, Mutton Snapper, Tarpon, Mangrove Snapper, Yellowtail Snapper, Pompano, and more – with any luck, you’ll find out for yourself! Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself light tackle fishing, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Blake also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.

Any fish caught on these trips will be released.

Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. Feel free to bring your own snacks so that everyone stays happy and energized!

Your boat for the day is a 19’ Xplor skiff with room for 2 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Capt. Blake has rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself.

Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, just show up ready for some fishing! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more. Don’t forget to bring sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Make no mistake though we are on the hunt and when we fond them, its on! These spectacular fish ill make your drag scream like youve never heard before. Topping out at 40mph these fish can move! They are truly a magnificent fish to catch.

    Into the night we will step like Bubba and Forest in search of the apple of the sea! Here in the Florida Keys we have a very productive shrimping fishery and now its your turn to try your hand at dipping for shrimp. We will use long nets to scoop them up and fill our fove gallon bucket! Please contact me first for favorable shrimping conditions so I can best serve you. We can also do a combo of Shrimping and Tarpon fishing as well.

The sea has always been awake in me, its where I find deep comfort. I studied the ocean in college and began my work on the it immediately after graduation as a commercial fisherman, diving to catch critters for researchers and aquariums. Fishing was always apart of my upbringing, as a teenager I was constantly fishing. I love all fishing styles from rod and reel, to fly, spear, and everything in between. I believe customer servicer is everything and I owe it to you, the clients, to work my hardest and achieve an exciting and memorable day on the water! Our customer service goes beyond the boat too, anything we can do to ensure your trip is a success, we will go above and beyond to accomplish
