We had an outstanding experience.  We caught three limits of walleye.  Captain Frank had an impressive, beautiful, and well maintained boat. The boat was quite spacious and very comfortable for fishing.  Frank was a great communicator.  The day before our scheduled charter, Frank contacted us to let us known that the walleye fishing had dramatically declined from the previous few days when action was very active.  Upon arrival this morning, Frank communicated that he found walleye, but we would have spent as much time travelling to the area as we did fishing; however, he provided us some additional options.  We selected one of the options.  We appreciated Frank’s concern that we would have a positive experience, professionalism, and proactive communication.  This was our first experience in trolling deep water for walleye.  Frank demonstrated his knowledge and his patience while providing us with instruction.  We greatly appreciated his patience with uswhile we learning.  His efforts resulted in us catching three limits of walleye.  We highly recommend South of Heaven Guide Services and would absolutely use their services again.  Thank you Frank for an absolutely day.

Captain Frank was very responsive and communicative as we planned our trip from out of town. Scheduled this for my Dad, husband and brother in law. They had very different levels of experience with fishing—Captain Frank knew this going in and created an experience that was memorable for all. My Dad talked about it all day after, and will probably be talking about it for years to come!  They were really impressed with the equipment and how seamlessly Captain Frank operated the entire trip. My wife and I booked a last minute trip while camping at Catawba Island.  Frank Sherry was great.  A storm was coming in and we had an afternoon trip planned. Frank was able to take his morning charter early and contacted us to go out early.  Couldn’t have worked out any better.  We got off the water in the evening with our share of walleye and as they we being cleaned it started to rain.  We definitely plan to come back and to use South of Heaven Charter and Frank Sherry.

Frank is the best captain ever.  He worked to find biting fish. Gave my husband a new nic name.  Last fish of the day he said to hubby this is Homer … I said go get it homer !!  And now Jim is Homer.  Here he was talking about the fish lol.  Well,  Made our trip the best every. We will charter him again in the fall .  He has a wonder mannerism great sense of humor and is very kind
